We offer new full-time U.S. associates the following compensation and benefits*:
Compensation
- Atlanta: $130,000 annually, payable twice per month
- Cincinnati and Dayton: $115,000 annually, payable twice per month
- Cleveland: $125,000 annually, payable twice per month
- Columbus: $120,000 annually, payable twice per month
- New York: $145,000 annually, payable twice per month
- Washington, D.C: $135,000 annually, payable twice per month
- All offices: $7,500 stipend paid on May 1
- All offices: Reimbursement for one Bar Exam and one Bar Preparation Class
Benefits
- Three weeks vacation during first year, four weeks per year thereafter
- Reimbursement of reasonable moving and relocation expenses up to $5,000
- Assistance with down payment on a first home after two years with the firm
- Reimbursement of local and regional bar association dues through the fifth year of practice
- Interest-free financing for purchases of job-related technology for use outside the office
- Time off with pay for disability and maternity leave with an additional six weeks of paid parental leave provided to any associate who is the primary care-giver of a new child
